( RE Foundation) is a nonprofit organization which is controlled by Auburn University Foundation (AU Foundation) for the purpose of receiving and administering real estate gifts. This corporation is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and files its own tax return.
